If you are looking for a new home, the NMMHA Can Help!
At the NMMHA, we understand that finding a new home on your own can be a tedious process. It is easy to feel overwhelmed or lost along the way without help from someone familiar with the process of home ownership. However, by filling out our questionnaire, we can help put you on the path to owning your dream home!
When you buy your home from a NMMHA member we know you will be on your way to satisfaction. This is because the credibility of each NMMHA member retailer, manufacturer, and lender can be assured through their individual commitment to the NMMHA code of ethics and various industry rules and regulations, so you can rest assured that your home will be of the quality that has come to be expected from manufactured housing in New Mexico.
New Mexico manufactured home retailers, manufacturers, and installers are also required to post true consumer protection bonds. This is in comparison to a small permit bond required of site-built home contractors, where no process exists to settle homeowner complaints except judicial proceedings.
To help you quickly facilitate an interaction with qualified and reputable members of the New Mexico Manufactured Housing Association, we encourage you to fill out the following questionnaire and submit your contact information and you will soon be connected to specialists eager to help you achieve your dream of manufactured or modular home ownership on private land or in a community.
