Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Association is composed of eighteen (18) members. There are the four (4) elected officers of the Association (President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary), one Board member from each of the five (5) retail districts of the Association, three (3) Board members consisting of member Manufacturers, three (3) Board members at large representing Communities, one (1) Board member representing the Insurer/Supplier/Servicer/Installer/Transporter/ Associate/Broker category and one (1) member representing the Lender category. All officers are elected by a majority vote of the general membership at large in attendance at the annual meeting. Each officer serves for a term of two years. However, the President and Secretary are elected in even-numbered years, and the Vice President and Treasurer are elected in odd-numbered years.

District Representatives
District Representatives are Retailers who are principals of their member company or an assigned member or principal designee of that company. A retailer must operate or own a licensed business and reside within the district they represent. The District Representatives serve staggered terms of two years. Representatives from District 3, 4 and 6 are elected in odd-numbered years and Representatives from District 1, 2 and 5 are elected in even-numbered years.
