It is with great pride that the New Mexico Manufactured Housing Association commemorates our 50th Anniversary as an organization by celebrating the milestone with the announcement that this year’s Annual Convention will take place in beautiful and historic, Santa Fe, New Mexico!
As one of the oldest if not the oldest State manufactured housing organizations in the country, the NMMHA will not only be celebrating 50 years of incorporation and excellent service promoting manufactured housing in New Mexico; it will do so in the historic city of Santa Fe which is over 400 years old and the oldest capital city in the United States.
With it’s charm and history, Santa Fe will be the perfect location to celebrate such a significant anniversary of one of the longest running and most successful trade organizations in the Unites States, the New Mexico Manufactured Housing Association.
To keep with the historic theme, the Association is proud to announce that the host Hotel for the 50th Anniversary celebration will be none other than the Drury Plaza Hotel which boasts it’s own historic story including the landmark property it sits on. Beautiful, historic and minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza, the Drury Hotel is one of the finest destination resort hotels in the country.
To further enhance the historic theme of 50th Anniversary of the NMMHA, most meetings will take place at the historic La Fonda on the Plaza.
So make your plans, July 21st through July 23rd, 2024 to attend the premier event in manufactured housing in decades by attending the NMMHA 50th Annual Convention in beautiful and historic Santa Fe, New Mexico!

The NMMHA Annual Convention is nationally regarded as the best Association convention in the country and for good reason. The convention serves as a tremendous networking opportunity for everyone who attends. Retailers, manufacturers, community owners, lenders, suppliers and installers along with land developers and special guests congregate to form the nucleus of an entire state industry during the convention’s three days of events. The numerous events that comprise the convention’s agenda provide a mix of social, educational and recreational activities that give the convention a family and vacation atmosphere that the kids will love too!
Our 50th Anniversary Convention will kick off with an Opening Dinner on Sunday July 21st, at the Drury Plaza Hotel in their beautiful Garden.
On Monday July 22nd members will participate in well-organized meetings that optimize the presentation of information so that members can easily digest and use what they learn to improve upon their every-day businesses. The day’s events will begin with the General Membership Meeting, where important industry information will be relayed. We will then be treated at our Annual Business Luncheon with a special Keynote Speaker, Teresa Payne, HUD Manufactured Housing Office Administrator.
As it has become a custom feature of the NMMHA Annual Convention, community members, retail members, installers and manufacturers will again have separate meetings, during the afternoon of July 22nd to discuss issues unique to their membership category. Our installer workshop will be hosted by Martin Montgomery, owner of RCS Enterprises LP., and will offer an interactive session along with MHD inspectors, and provide attending Installers with Continuing Education Credits. The day’s events will conclude with the convention’s highlight event: The NMMHA Annual Awards Banquet!
Eventually, our busy convention gives way to fun! On Tuesday, attendees will have their choice of various activities to partake in and around the beautiful historic downtown Santa Fe. We will be offering multiple walking tour options and, of course, you are always free to make your own adventure as well. We will then regroup for a closing dinner at the Drury Plaza Hotel garden.
Needless to say, the 2024 NMMHA Annual Convention is slated to be as great as it’s ever been! Register today and continue to be a part of the best Manufactured Housing Association and convention in the country!
