New Mexico State Statutes

In addition to the HUD Code, manufactured housing in New Mexico is subject to applicable state statutes and laws.

Manufactured Housing Rules & Regulations
The main regulations for the Manufactured Housing industry in New Mexico come from Chapter 12, Title 14 of the New Mexico Administrative Code, entitled “Manufactured Housing Rules and Regulations” and Chapter 60, Article 14, entitled the “Manufactured Housing Act.”

Manufactured Housing Zoning Statute
