Welcome to the Registration Portal for the best manufactured housing convention in the country, to be held at the beautiful Sandia Resort in Albuquerque New Mexico! The New Mexico Convention has always been known for its family-friendly environment and its special networking format but most recently, it has become known for the enhanced marketplace experience it offers to NMMHA members and for the buyer-partner ecosystem that the convention integrates into the NMMHA Annual Convention Format.
Last year, the NMMHA took this charge of connecting members to the non-industry housing ecosystem by hosting the First Annual Factory Built Housing Conference and integrating the conference with the NMMHA Annual Convention. It was a huge success! This year at the NMMHA Annual Convention, the Association will take the next step in the evolution of integrating the Annual Convention with a Housing Conference by hosting a Factory Built Housing Conference that focuses on “How to work with Manufactured and Modular Housing”, whereas last year, the focus was on “Why to Utilize and work with Manufactured and Modular Housing." So, the 2026 NMMHA Annual Convention will bring together the industry with housing partners just as we did last year, where the same networking and business opportunities will be abundant, and more so given the introductions that took place last year but with the new opportunity for our members where they will be to take advantage of their sales and training acumen and talents to deepen relationships with these partners.
Along the way, the NMMHA Installer members will once again be provided excellent Continuing Education in the form of an Installer’s Workshop. This year, RLD has approved all MHD inspectors to attend and participate in the Installation Seminar in a Roundtable of Field Issues in addition to Calvin Phillips of Cavco Homes providing Continuing Education towards MHD Installer License renewals.
We will be hosting our convention’s highlight event Monday evening: The NMMHA Annual Awards Banquet. Last year’s banquet was a very memorable evening, and we look forward to enjoying another amazing dinner with our friends and family.
And, eventually, our busy convention gives way to recreation! On Tuesday, Golfers will be excited to play the Championship Sandia Golf Course. And, of course, the kids (and the young at heart) will definitely enjoy the warm and inviting pool area of the Sandia Resort along with all the other engaging or relaxing activities they have to offer, before we conclude the convention with a final dinner.
